A group of 67 plaintiffs, including direct victims and relatives of the October 7 Attack, has filed a lawsuit in US federal court seeking to hold Iran responsible for the massacre and seeking unspecified punitive damages. The lawsuit alleges that Iran provided funds, weapons, training, and intelligence to Hamas and PIJ, contributing to the attack.
