Apple supplier Cirrus Logic has announced that a new product, previously expected to be introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro, will not be coming to market as planned. Reports had suggested that the iPhone 15 Pro would feature touch-sensitive solid-state buttons, but Apple has decided not to replace physical buttons for at least another year due to unresolved technical issues. Cirrus Logic is best known for producing components that go into the iPhone's Taptic Engine, and Apple is the firm's largest customer, accounting for 79% of its revenue in 2022.
