Shares of WW International soared as much as 61% in intraday trading on Tuesday. The platform is a "first-of-its-kind solution that incorporates prescription medications alongside WeightWatchers' proven lifestyle program." The demand for highly sought-after weight-loss drugs, such as Wegovy and Ozempic, has surged in recent years.
