The Trash Pandas were cruising with a three-run lead and just three outs away from a no-hitter, but their pitcher Ben Joyce walked the bases loaded and then hit three batters, allowing the Lookouts to score seven runs. The Trash Pandas scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh but ultimately lost the game.

Rocket City led 3-0 heading into the top of the seventh and final inning after Coleman Crow no-hit the Lookouts through six. The no-hitter was the first in Minor League Baseball in 2023, and possibly the first ever at the professional level in which the team that pitched the no-no gave up as many as seven runs.
