Copper Beech Farm, a 50-acre waterfront estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, has been sold for nearly $139 million, making it the most expensive property ever sold in the state. The estate, which includes a 13,500-square-foot mansion, a gatehouse, a carriage house, and various amenities such as a swimming pool and private beaches, was listed for $150 million and sold for $138,830,000. The buyer and seller have not been disclosed, but the seller is reportedly a limited liability company tied to Bridgewater Associates, the hedge fund founded by billionaire Ray Dalio.
