Blizzard has announced that the cooperative PvE mode promised for Overwatch 2 has been scrapped due to the effort required to pull all of the content together into a Blizzard-quality experience. The community is disappointed and feels that Blizzard had overpromised and underdelivered. It looks like what PvE content was developed will likely be cannibalized and doled out seasonally.
