The executive director of Philadelphia's Office of LGBT Affairs, Celena Morrison, and her husband were arrested by a state trooper during a traffic stop on the Vine Street Expressway. A video of the incident shows Morrison repeatedly stating, "I work for the mayor," as her husband is being arrested.
