Police chase suspect apprehended after high-speed pursuit through OC and LA.

A woman led California Highway Patrol officers on a lengthy chase on the 5 Freeway through Orange and Los Angeles counties before being stopped by a PIT maneuver and arrested. During the pursuit, the suspect drove on shredded tires after running over a spike strip. The chase began in San Juan Capistrano and ended in Sylmar, where officers fired non-lethal rounds at the suspect's SUV before approaching and arresting her.

Police pursuits and arrests in Mississippi, Memphis, and Nashville.

A police chase in north Mississippi ended in front of a home in Marshall County over the weekend. The suspect hit a patrol car and was eventually stopped by a pit maneuver. No one was injured during the incident and the suspect was taken into custody. The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office has not released any further information but they are expected to have more information Tuesday.

Law enforcement situation on I-65 SB near Alabama River Bridge resolved
