Teen Driver Gravely Injures Deputy at Pierz Freedom Fest
A 17-year-old driver struck and gravely wounded a deputy who was directing traffic near the Pierz Freedom Fest in central Minnesota. The deputy was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the driver remained uninjured. The incident is being investigated by the Minnesota State Patrol.
