"Phony Doctor Illegally Treated Thousands, Including Cancer Patients"
Stephan Gevorkian, the owner of Pathways Medical, an alternative medicine provider in Toluca Lake, California, is facing five felony counts of practicing medicine without certification for allegedly providing medical care to thousands of patients without a license. Gevorkian is accused of falsely claiming to be a licensed doctor and offering treatment for serious medical conditions like cancer and viral infections. Investigators are searching for patients treated by Gevorkian and have asked anyone who may have been affected to call the district attorney’s Consumer Protection Division.
