Cardinals Break Ground on 217-Acre Phoenix Campus Ahead of 2028 Opening
The Arizona Cardinals broke ground on a 217-acre Paradise Ridge site in north Phoenix for a new performance center and team headquarters. About 30 acres will house football facilities and offices, with the team moving in after training camp in 2028 and offices opening earlier that year; the remaining land will feature mixed-use development including housing, company headquarters and an entertainment district, all designed to be walkable with three grass practice fields, a fieldhouse, an expanded locker room and other state-of-the-art facilities.
