Perfect Dark's Cancellation Leaves Developers and Actors Disappointed
Alix Wilton Regan, who was recently announced as the new Lara Croft, was previously involved in the Perfect Dark reboot, which was unexpectedly canceled by Microsoft after significant progress. She expressed her shock and disappointment over the cancellation, which also led to job losses and the disbanding of the project team. Wilton Regan is now focused on her role as Lara Croft, but she remains fearful of losing this new role, similar to her experience with Perfect Dark.
