Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Implements Visitor Restrictions Amid Illness Uptick
Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Michigan is implementing visitor restrictions due to an increase in respiratory illnesses and a high volume of pediatric admissions. Only two visitors will be allowed during the daytime and one visitor overnight. The hospital advises the public to stay home when sick, practice frequent handwashing, and get vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses.
