Kia Recalls 427,000 Telluride SUVs Over Rollaway Risk
Kia is recalling 427,000 Telluride SUVs due to a potential issue where the vehicles might roll away while parked. The recall affects model years 2020-2024, with an estimated 1% of vehicles having the defect. Owners are advised to manually engage the emergency parking brake until their cars are fixed. Kia will update the electronic parking brake software and replace damaged intermediate shafts free of charge, and owners who have already addressed the issue will be reimbursed for repair expenses.
