The design incorporates protective polycarbonate surfaces and the option to remove roof panels for an immersive driving experience, resulting in a 45-percent increase in downforce and a 21-percent increase in aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining safe and predictable behavior under all conditions.
The new Pagani Huayra R Evo is the most powerful Pagani model to date, boasting an 888 hp V12 engine and a longer tail, removable roof section, and improved carbon fiber construction. The car delivers enhanced performance, sound, and downforce, with a 45% increase in downforce and 21% more aerodynamic efficiency. It features advanced carbon fiber technology, a refined chassis, and upgraded brakes. Buyers who join the Arte in Pista program will have the opportunity to drive their cars at top tracks, accompanied by track engineers, mechanics, and other support.
Pagani unveils the Huayra R Evo, a more powerful version of the Huayra R track car, featuring pop-out roof panels that enhance aerodynamic downforce, a 900-horsepower V12 engine, a six-speed sequential gearbox, and a "codalunga" design for increased downforce. The car weighs 2,337 pounds dry and can generate more downforce than its running weight at 199 mph. A Pagani Utopia on display at a Monterey Car Week auto show emitted smoke from its engine compartment after a guest accidentally discharged the car's fire extinguisher while touching switches inside the vehicle.
