An angler in Tennessee may have caught the largest fish ever recorded in the state after reeling in a 149-pound, 6.5-foot paddlefish on Cherokee Lake. The fish broke the previous state record for paddlefish and may be the largest fish ever caught in Tennessee. The angler gave the fish to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency to aid in their research.
