Earthquakes shake Hawaii and Papua New Guinea regions.

A 3.8-magnitude earthquake hit Hawaii Island on Sunday morning, centered between Keauhou and Kealakekua on the Kona side of the island. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center confirmed that there was no tsunami threat. The US Geological Survey reported that the quake occurred at a depth of 7.4 miles and it is not yet known if it was related to volcanic activity.
