Judge rules Apple violated employee rights by interrogating staff about union.

A National Labor Relations Board judge has ruled that Apple violated employee rights by interfering with union organizing efforts at its World Trade Center store in New York City. Managers were found to have taken away pro-union flyers and attempted to dissuade employees from joining unions. The judge ordered Apple to cease and desist from coercively interrogating employees regarding their protected concerning activities and Union sympathies. Apple has previously been found to have violated federal law in Atlanta and other locations.
