"Columbus Stands in Solidarity with Gaza: Hundreds Rally for Palestinian Rights"
Hundreds of pro-Gaza protesters rallied at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus, marching along High Street in support of Palestinians and Muslims in Gaza. The rally, called "All out for Gaza," was peaceful with only one arrest for disorderly conduct. Columbus police allowed the march to take place without a permit, crediting their new approach to dealing with crowds. The demonstrators chanted slogans, hoisted Palestinian flags, and stopped for speeches along the way. The event was sponsored by Ohio State Students for Justice in Palestine, but included several groups.
