"Disruptive Passengers Force Emergency Landing of United Flight to Newark"
A United Airlines flight from London to Newark made an emergency landing in Bangor, Maine due to two allegedly drunk and disruptive passengers. The unruly passengers were removed by law enforcement, and the flight later departed for Newark. The incident, which involved observant Jewish passengers, occurred just before Shabbat. The two disruptive customers will be banned from future United flights, and the FAA attributed the emergency landing to a "passenger disturbance."
