A United Airlines flight from London to Newark was diverted to Bangor International Airport due to two unruly and intoxicated passengers, who were later removed from the flight and banned from future travel with the airline. One of the passengers was detained and charged with assault and interfering with a flight crew. The plane, originally carrying 150 passengers, later continued its journey to New Jersey after the disruptive passengers were removed.
