UFC women's bantamweight contender Mayra Bueno Silva has been suspended for 4½ months by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) after testing positive for ritalinic acid, a medication she claimed was for her ADHD. Her win over Holly Holm in July has been overturned to a no contest. Bueno Silva, along with two other UFC fighters, received suspensions for positive drug tests. UFC welterweight Daniel Rodriguez was suspended for six months, while UFC heavyweight Walt Harris received a one-year suspension. Both Rodriguez and Harris tested positive in out-of-competition testing.
