Norton to retire after 35-year tenure as D.C.'s nonvoting delegate
Eleanor Holmes Norton confirmed she will retire as Washington, D.C.'s longtime nonvoting House delegate at the end of this term, completing her 18th term at age 88 after filing to end her reelection campaign.
