New Hampshire State Police have identified the body of a woman found dead in the breakdown lane of I-89 in Hopkinton as Gina C. Maiorano, 27, of Henniker. An autopsy showed that she died from blunt impact head injuries, but the manner of death has not been determined. State police have arrested Thomas Shane Hanley, 30, of Henniker, in connection with the case, charging him with conduct after an accident, breach of bail, and stalking. Both sides of I-93 were closed for about an hour and a half after a driver who was allegedly involved in a police pursuit late Saturday night was arrested after refusing to exit the vehicle. The driver was charged with resisting arrest, disobeying a police officer, reckless conduct, and reckless operation.
