Letby prison watch: Netflix doc sparks taunts and heightened security
After Netflix released The Investigation of Lucy Letby, reports say she is under round-the-clock surveillance in prison with hourly checks and daily ten-minute conversations to assess suicide risk, as inmates taunt her over the documentary. Letby was convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to murder seven others at the Countess of Chester Hospital (2015–16) and remains serving a life sentence, while her family criticizes the use of arrest footage in the show and fears their home could become a tourist draw.
