A missing boater from Natick was found dead in Fiske Pond, a sub-basin of Lake Cochituate, on Saturday night. One other boater was able to make it to the shore and received medical assistance. Dive teams and a helicopter searched into the night looking for the missing man and eventually located him using side-scan sonar.

A man drowned after a canoe he was in capsized in Fiske Pond, part of the Lake Cochituate sub-basin in Natick, Massachusetts. His body was found by state police divers using side-scan sonar. Another man who was in the capsized canoe made it to shore on his own. Neither of the men has been identified by police.
