Russian Authorities Place Activists and Journalists on Wanted List

Russia's Interior Ministry has placed Nadya Tolokonnikova, co-founder of Pussy Riot, on its wanted list for insulting the religious feelings of believers. Tolokonnikova was previously arrested on charges of hooliganism in 2012 and sentenced to two years in prison. She was released in 2013 as part of a general amnesty. Tolokonnikova currently lives outside Russia and was added to Russia's list of "foreign agents" in December 2021.
