Montgomery Steppe Triumphs in Supervisor Election, Fallbrook and Rainbow Voters Back Water Authority Detachment
Monica Montgomery Steppe, a San Diego City Councilmember, declared victory in the special election for the Board of Supervisors, leading with 61.0% of the vote. She will become the first Black woman Supervisor in San Diego County and plans to address homelessness, public safety, and county investments.
