The price reverts back to each plan's usual cost after three months. Mint Mobile is a prepaid wireless carrier partly owned by Ryan Reynolds and is set to be acquired by T-Mobile later this year.
Amazon is reportedly in talks with US-based carriers to offer cheap or free phone service to Prime subscribers, with negotiations ongoing for about six to eight weeks. Talks have included Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Dish Network, but details on what Amazon's service might look like are still unknown. This could be a potentially interesting offer for Amazon customers, but it would require a further commitment to Amazon.
Google Fi is offering a trade-in promotion where customers can get the Pixel 7 for free after 24 monthly bill credits. To qualify, customers must activate the phone on a full-service plan and complete the trade-in of their eligible device within 30 days. The promotion is available until April 3, 2023, and applies to new Google Fi customers. Existing customers can still trade-in their devices for up to $599 back. The Pixel 7 Pro is also eligible for trade-in, with up to $799 back for select devices.
