SpaceX's Starship Mishap Report Submitted, Launch Date Uncertain
SpaceX has submitted its final mishap report to the FAA regarding the failed debut launch of its Starship vehicle. The report is currently under review, and once approved, it will identify corrective actions that SpaceX must take before receiving authorization to launch again. SpaceX has already implemented some corrective measures, such as installing a water deluge system to dampen the power of Starship's first stage. However, logistical hurdles and ongoing legal challenges still need to be addressed before the next Starship mission can take place.
