Gaming Industry Sees Unionization Victory with Forza Motorsport and Halo Infinite QA Workers
QA workers at Experis Game Solutions, responsible for testing games like Forza Motorsport and Halo Infinite, have voted to unionize with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM). The unionization effort aims to secure fair pay, benefits, and improved working conditions. Experis workers will now enter negotiations with company leadership, including global staffing agency ManpowerGroup, which owns Experis. This move follows similar unionization efforts in the video game industry, including Blizzard Albany, Raven Software, and ZeniMax QA workers.
