The joint venture, The Kraft Heinz Not Company, leverages NotCo's AI technology and the legacy of the Oscar Mayer brand to offer plant-based options from a trusted name. The new products may contain less saturated fat and cholesterol but more sodium and protein, with ingredients such as bamboo fiber, mushroom, pea protein, and acerola cherry.
