Ukraine Unveils Long-Range Weapon with Strike Inside Russia
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine has developed a long-range weapon capable of hitting a target 700 kilometers away, following a drone strike on a Russian airport near the Estonian and Latvian borders. The origin of the drones remains unclear, but the attack forced the closure of the airport and resulted in flight delays near Moscow. Ukrainian counteroffensives and cross-border sabotage missions are part of Kyiv's strategy to increase pressure on Russia and erode its morale, according to the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
