Sabres Make Moves in Free Agency and NHL Draft
The Buffalo Sabres have extended qualifying offers to forwards Brett Murray and Linus Weissbach, both pending restricted free agents. Murray has recorded two goals and six assists in 21 NHL games and posted 49 points in 71 games for the Rochester Americans last season. Weissbach has compiled 84 points in 136 games over the last two seasons in Rochester, scoring 20 goals in the 2022-23 season. Unrestricted free agency opens on Saturday at noon.
