"Philadelphia LGBT Affairs Director and Spouse Arrested on I-76, Released Without Charges"
The executive director of Philadelphia's Office of LGBT Affairs, Celena Morrison, and her husband were arrested by a state trooper during a traffic stop on the Vine Street Expressway. A video of the incident shows Morrison repeatedly stating, "I work for the mayor," as her husband is being arrested. The mayor has called the interaction "very concerning," and the Pennsylvania State Police are still investigating. Charges have been filed but initially declined by the Philadelphia DA Office pending further review, and the investigation is ongoing.
