An Upstate physician, identified as Marshall Meadors III, was found dead near a Lake Hartwell dock in Anderson County, South Carolina. The body of 18-year-old Luiz Pontez, who went missing while vacationing at Lake Hartwell in South Carolina, has been recovered.
