Sheriff confirms recovery of missing father's body from Hart County lake.

The body of a father who jumped into Lake Hartwell to save his child but did not resurface was recovered by authorities. The child was able to get out of the water safely. The victim was identified as 44-year-old Constantin Pascal, who was not wearing a life jacket when he jumped into the water.
