Ukrainian Mines Decimate Russian Tanks in Kursk
Ukrainian forces have inflicted significant losses on Russian troops in Kursk Oblast by deploying minefields, resulting in the destruction or damage of over 20 Russian military vehicles, including T-72 tanks and armored personnel carriers. This operation, which began in August 2024, aims to counter Russian aggression and disrupt their planned offensives. Ukrainian troops have advanced up to 35 kilometers into Russian territory, capturing soldiers and causing substantial casualties.
