
"Relieving Knee Pain and Loving It: One Year of Reformer Pilates"
After experiencing knee pain, the author turned to reformer Pilates and found relief and enjoyment in the low-intensity exercise. The practice helped alleviate knee pain by providing a low-impact workout and strengthening muscles around the knees. Additionally, the author experienced increased flexibility, muscle engagement, and mindfulness during classes, despite the higher cost compared to traditional gym memberships.
