Search Suspended for Missing KDH Man and Dog at Outer Banks
The U.S. Coast Guard has suspended its search for 47-year-old Scott Johnson, a resident of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, who went missing along with his dog, Baxter. Johnson was last seen by a neighbor on August 22, and his truck and trailer were found at a local boat ramp. Despite search efforts covering approximately 1,168 square miles, no new information has been found. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Kill Devil Hills Police Department.
