"Vince Fong seeks Congress seat, gains support from Kevin McCarthy"
Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux has expressed his intention to run for the soon-to-be-vacated Congress 20 seat by pulling papers and paying the filing fee. Assemblymember Vince Fong has also shown interest in running for the same position, but state election code prohibits running for both Assembly and Congress on a California ballot.
