Pennsylvania State Rep. Kevin Boyle Faces Arrest Warrant for Restraining Order Violation
An arrest warrant has been issued for Pennsylvania State Rep. Kevin Boyle for violating a restraining order, marking the second time he has faced legal issues. Boyle, a Democrat representing part of Northeast Philadelphia, had previously been charged with harassment and violation of a protection from abuse order in 2021. Following a controversial incident earlier this year, where he was reportedly intoxicated at a bar, the House took away Boyle's committee chairmanship and Capitol access. Politicians have expressed concerns about his mental health and hope he receives the necessary help.
