KCI Airport in Kansas City has been named the best airport in the United States in 2023 by TravelAwaits. The ranking is based on the stress-free and efficient travel experience provided by the new terminal, which features unique design and art, local restaurants, and quick access to parking and security. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Chicago O’Hare International Airport were ranked second and third, respectively. Vancouver International Airport was named the best airport outside the U.S.
