Maia Ramsden of Harvard won the women's 1500m title at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, ending Katelyn Tuohy's bid for a historic distance double. Tuohy, who was attempting to win the 1500m and 5000m titles on the same day, faded badly down the stretch and finished seventh. Ramsden surged to victory in 4:08.60, becoming the first Harvard athlete to win the women's 1500m title since 1986.
