Charges Dropped for Teen in Kansas City Chef's Killing
In Kansas City, charges have been dropped against a teenage boy, "L.M.", who was initially accused in the murder of restaurant owner Shaun Brady. The other teen involved, "K.H.", remains in custody and still faces charges. The incident occurred in August when Brady confronted the teens during an attempted car break-in, leading to his fatal shooting. The decision to drop charges against L.M. was made by the Jackson County Family Court, while K.H.'s potential trial as an adult is still under consideration.
