"13-Year-Old Charged with Murder of Cousin in Birmingham Shooting"
A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of his 15-year-old cousin after a fatal shooting in an east Birmingham home. The victim, Markell Sanders, was found unresponsive inside the residence and pronounced dead at the scene.
