The death toll from a suicide bombing in Pakistan targeting a rally for the religious political party Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) has risen to 63, with over 120 others wounded. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that "Afghan citizens" were involved in recent attacks, and the ISIL (ISIS) group claimed responsibility for the attack.
