John Wayne's former California ranch, Rancho Pavoreal, is on the market for $12 million. The 2,000-acre property, located in Sage, features a 3,000-square-foot residence with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ranch was used by Wayne during the '70s to entertain guests with horseback riding, shooting, and other ranching activities. The property is entirely fenced and cross-fenced with plenty of room for horses and cattle, making it ideal for equestrian use or a cattle ranch. It can also be transformed into a private retreat, a sports camp, or a multipurpose development.
