Ameen Hurst, an inmate accused of killing four people, has been apprehended after escaping from a Philadelphia jail more than a week ago. Hurst was taken into custody without incident at a home in Philadelphia. Mississippi jail escapee captured in Texas, manhunt ongoing for others.

One of the four fugitives who staged the Mississippi jail break last weekend has now been captured in Texas. Two inmates are still on the run while one died in a house fire following a police standoff on Wednesday. The four inmates escaped from the troubled Raymond Detention Center on Sunday sparking a huge manhunt. One of the fugitives allegedly shot and killed a pastor on Monday night after the victim pulled over to help him. The wounded officer in the standoff with one of the fugitives on Wednesday has now been released from hospital.

Manhunt continues for Mississippi jail escapees after pastor's murder and standoff.

A manhunt is underway for three escaped inmates from the Raymond Detention Center in Mississippi, with one of the escapees, Dylan Arrington, allegedly shooting and killing a pastor who stopped to help him.
