Manhunt continues for Mississippi jail escapees after pastor's murder and standoff.

A manhunt is underway for three escaped inmates from the Raymond Detention Center in Mississippi, with one of the escapees, Dylan Arrington, allegedly shooting and killing a pastor who stopped to help him. Arrington was later tracked down to a home in Leake County where he died in a fire after opening fire on law enforcement. The other three suspects are still at large, with police releasing a surveillance image of one of them at a service station in Texas. The jail had a troubled past, with deficiencies in supervision and staffing, and "a stunning array of assaults, as well as deaths" prompting a judge to order a takeover of the detention center last summer.
